Description | This production equipment is suitable for 3 sides printing of small plastic components, fully automatic operation. Automation is working with rotary design, high speed, precise printing position and stable operation. The pad printing unit adopts oil cup structure, which reduces ink volatilization, reduces production cost and reduces environmental pollution. 1. Manually pour multiple products (about 800-1000 pieces) into the vibrating bowl feeder 2. The dispensing device separates eight aligned products from the feed channel at a time and feeds them into the turntable fixture. 3. The product rotates at high speed through the turntable, and simultaneously prints on three sides at different stations. 4. Finished products unloading by conveyor The equipment can be equipped with a fully automatic packaging machine to save packaging costs. |
